#22 Beside The Still Waters Finish

Beside The Still Waters is finished! This took me a few years to stitch, but when my Mom was undergoing life-threatening surgery, it was the incentive that I needed to finish it for her. Praise God that despite the long surgery and an infection afterward that she was finally able to heal.

2 More Stockings

Over the years, I have saved 100% cotton or denim fabrics from shirts, dresses, jeans, etc. These I put into bins by color, like reds/pinks, blues, etc. which makes it easy to find colors for crazy quilting. Here are a couple of crazy quilt/cross stitch finishes. Look for more stockings to come!

Stitching For Christmas

My Mom's Christmas stocking/2010

This will be the first of the crazy quilt stockings I am going to make for my family. These stockings are fairly quick to make with a small cross stitch motif that reflects their interests.

(If you do this, be sure to cut reverse stocking templates for front and back).
